•  Established and renovated the Nephrology departments of CMH Dhaka, AFMC Dhaka and BGB Hospital Dhaka.
•  Pioneer in chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) in Bangladesh.
• First CAPD outside Dhaka (in Jessore).
• Started first Plasmapheresis and CRRT in Government hospital in Bangladesh.
