• Master’s degree in any discipline (Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Business or Commerce).

Additional Requirements

• Age At most 35 years

• Excellent proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with billing software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and data processing tools

• Prior experience in medical billing, preferably in a diagnostic, laboratory, or healthcare

• Proficient in reading and interpreting prescriptions

• Must have knowledge on Admission Billing, IPD Billing, Hospital Software Billing & OPD billing

• Strong understanding of medical billing and accounts receivable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet billing deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and patience in dealing with sensitive healthcare billing issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong interpersonal traits: team-player attitude, adaptability, patience, friendly demeanor, and ability to manage confidential information with discretions

• Must be able to work in multiple shifts (morning, evening, night).

Additional Requirements

• Distribution of processed devices.

• Operation of mechanical processing equipment including washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners and sterilizers.

• Participation in the use of information technology systems within the sterile services department.

• Handling and storing raw materials and sterilized goods.

• Taking, recording and delivering messages as required

• Idea and knowledge about proper method of instrument hand wash, machine wash etc.

• Common knowledge about sterilization.

• Knowledge about handling of ETO & Steam Machine.

• Idea / knowledge about control and prevention of germ.

Additional Requirements

• Age At most 40 years
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical laboratory setting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing multi-disciplinary laboratory operations.
• Experience with laboratory accreditation processes.
• Familiarity with LIS (Laboratory Information Systems),inventory control, equipment maintenance, SOP development, and data/statistical software and modern diagnostic platforms.
• Expertise in quality control/assurance, regulatory compliance (biosafety, occupational safety, accreditation standards ), and documentation practices.
