Packages includes: Admission Fee, Bed Charge, Service Charge, Nursing fee, OT Service, Medicine, Baby Management, Baby Kit, Surgeon team charge & visit, Patients Food
Packages Excludes: All Investigation, Cross match & Blood transfusion, NICU(If need)
Note:
1. If patient have to stay more than Packages days, Per day payment will be added with including all Service.
2. Medicine :
* In Normal Delivery (1 day ) up to 5000/- on Medicine. If used more than 5000/- medicines, it will be added to the bill.
* In Painless Delivery (1 days) up to 9000/- on Medicine. If used more than 9000/- medicines, it will be added to the bill.
3. Consultation fees for Physicians (Mother Consultant) during over stay
4. Consultation fees for Pediatrician after baby manage.
5. Consultation fees added for Physicians of the other disciplines.
6. Packages for single baby. If more then one baby for each baby Taka 5000/= for Delivery will be added.(Exclude Complex Package)
7. Additional bill 10000/- will be added for Hepatitis B & C positive patients.
8. Packages will not be eligible for those who will enjoy insurance facilities.
9. Extra any items used which are not mentioned on the package will be charge accordingly
10. Discount will not be eligible for the packages.
